Refund Policy

1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since we specialize in in-store purchases only, our refund policy applies under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

  • Certain safety equipment such as ropes, harnesses, carabiners, and belay devices are non-returnable for safety reasons.

2. Refund Process

  • All refunds will be processed in-store after inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.

  • Cash payments will be refunded in cash; card transactions will be refunded to the original card.

  • Processing times for refunds may take up to the same business days.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange for the same item.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products (unless due to manufacturer defect).

  • Safety equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, belay devices, helmets, etc.).

  • Special-order or custom items.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

5. Reservation Cancellations

  • If you reserved an item via email but no longer wish to purchase it, please notify us.

  • Failure to pick up a reserved item within 14 days may result in cancellation.

6. Manufacturer Defects If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund based on the manufacturer’s policy.
