1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since we specialize in in-store purchases only, our refund policy applies under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

Certain safety equipment such as ropes, harnesses, carabiners, and belay devices are non-returnable for safety reasons.
2. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed in-store after inspecting the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Cash payments will be refunded in cash; card transactions will be refunded to the original card.

Processing times for refunds may take up to the same business days.
3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange for the same item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.
4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used or damaged products (unless due to manufacturer defect).

Safety equipment (ropes, harnesses, carabiners, belay devices, helmets, etc.).

Special-order or custom items.

Gift cards and promotional items.
5. Reservation Cancellations

If you reserved an item via email but no longer wish to purchase it, please notify us.

Failure to pick up a reserved item within 14 days may result in cancellation.
6. Manufacturer Defects If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund based on the manufacturer’s policy.
